Connor Theisen

Connor Theisen is a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer at Harmon since June 2023, previously serving as Project Logistics Manager and Building Information Expert at Permasteelisa North America Corp. from June 2018 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes a Building Information Expert internship at Permasteelisa in 2017, where Connor utilized Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain concepts for curtain wall design. As an Undergraduate Student Researcher and Research Assistant in the Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering Department at Iowa State University, Connor focused on structural damping systems and supply chain disruption prediction, respectively. Additional roles include a 3D Printing Technology Consultant at Iowa State and a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Altec, where Connor achieved notable improvements in product efficiency. Connor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate in Engineering Leadership from Iowa State University.
