Anthony Owens-Quartieri

Anthony Owens-Quartieri serves as Harmonia’s Vice President for USDA and DOL programs. He has worked with multiple USDA agencies for 18 years supporting mission-critical systems and managing complex operations and maintenance and modernization efforts, including work with the Forest Service, the Food Safety and Inspection Service, the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, the Agricultural Marketing Service, and the Food and Nutrition Service. He joined Harmonia in 2015 and has an M.A. in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University.
