Miles Konstantin

Miles Konstantin currently serves as the Head of Automation & Tooling and previously held the role of Solutions Engineer at Harmonic since October 2021. Prior to this, Miles was the Creative Technical Director for Donald Glover, overseeing technology initiatives from June 2015 to February 2023. As Co-Founder and Executive Producer at PHAROS from March 2016 to November 2018, Miles developed a live event series in collaboration with the Childish Gambino management team, producing award-winning visuals. Miles also co-founded 3am LLC, where responsibilities included product management and business development from May 2013 to December 2017. Early career experience includes a research internship at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 2011. Miles holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2015.
