John Matthews

John Matthews is currently the Head of Data Operations at Harmonic, where they leverage their extensive expertise in management consulting and operational leadership. Previously, Matthews served in various roles, including Senior Associate at JUUL Labs and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where they drove significant organizational and cost optimization initiatives. They began their career as a Consulting Intern at Oliver Wyman, developing financial forecasting models and providing strategic insights. Matthews holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
