Mauro Ramalho Silva

Mauro Ramalho Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of nutrition and academia. Mauro is currently working as a Scientific Consultant at Harmony Baby Nutrition since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais from February 2016 to December 2022. Mauro also worked as a Professor at UNIFEMM - Centro Universitário de Sete Lagoas from August 2018 to July 2020. Before their teaching career, they worked as a Researcher at Edetec Indústria Alimentícia S/A from April 2010 to August 2015.

Mauro Ramalho Silva has a PostDoctorate in Food Science and Technology from Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, which they pursued from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Ph.D in Food Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, completing the degree program from 2015 to 2019. Mauro also holds a Master's in Food Science from the same institution, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Mauro completed their undergraduate education with a Graduation in Nutrition from Universidade dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
