Ganesh Iyer

Ganesh Iyer has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ganesh is currently working as the Chief Information Officer at Harmony Biosciences since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as a Sr. Director and Head of Transformation programs, PMO & Applications Support from June 2018 to January 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Corporate Functions & Applications Support at Intercept Pharmaceuticals from December 2018 to June 2021.

Before their time at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Ganesh worked as a Senior Manager/Associate Partner - Transformation Programs at Deloitte Digital from June 2017 to December 2018. Ganesh also worked at Deloitte as a Manager from March 2014 to June 2017.

Earlier in their career, Ganesh held the position of Director - OTC at Integra LifeSciences from June 2008 to February 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Prolojix Corporation as a Director - Transformation and Oracle Applications Consultant, providing consulting solutions for clients in implementing Oracle Applications and business intelligence solutions. Ganesh served clients such as INGERSOLL RAND INC, FAIRFIELD LANGUAGE TECHNOLOGIES, MOUNTAIRE FARMS, IMAGISTICS INTERNATIONAL, and RICOH CORPORATION.

Ganesh has also worked as an OTC - Oracle Applications lead at Tellium Inc, leading the company's ERP project from concept through completion and implementing a collaborative manufacturing PDM tool. Ganesh started their professional career as a Systems Analyst at ROOT CONSULTING INC. and later as a Systems/Programmer Analyst at VISU CONSULTANTS LTD, where they were involved in implementing SAP R/3 and Oracle Financials for clients such as Siemens AG and Italian Tomasso's Pasta.

In addition, Ganesh has experience in sales and marketing, having worked as a Product Executive at CORPORATE STATIONARY. Ganesh conducted business process re-engineering for sales and distribution processes and was deputed to Africa to manage marketing and MIS departments for Roofings Limited in Uganda.

Ganesh Iyer completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce and Accounting from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Marketing from Newport University, attending from 1991 to 1993.
