Micha Smith

Micha Smith has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and research industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Research Engineer at Materials and Systems Research, Inc. between May 2002 and March 2003. Afterwards, they joined Cephalon (Teva Pharmaceuticals) in 2003, initially as a Process Development Engineer from March 2003 to December 2005. Subsequently, they served as a Process Technology Engineer from January 2006 to December 2008, and later as an Associate Scientist from January 2009 to October 2012. In 2012, Micha Smith joined Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they held various roles starting as a Principal Scientist/Scientist from October 2012 to April 2014. They then became a Manager in Manufacturing Science and Technology from April 2014 to April 2018, followed by a Senior Manager in the same department from April 2018 to June 2019. In 2019, Micha Smith joined Harmony Biosciences as an Associate Director in Technical Operations from June 2019 to January 2022, and then transitioned to their current role as the Director of Manufacturing Operations starting in January 2022.

Micha Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Utah. Additionally, they also hold a Masters of Science and Technology degree in Biotechnology from the same university.
