Alida Bester

Alida Bester is a Business Improvement Project Specialist at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited since October 2020, and previously held the position of Senior Geologist at AngloGold Ashanti from February 2010 to July 2021. Alida Bester holds a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of the Free State and a BA Honours in Counseling Psychology from the University of South Africa. Additionally, Alida has completed short courses in Starting and Managing a Small Business, Advanced Project Management, and Operations Management, as well as an Advanced Leadership Development course at the University of Cape Town.
