Jennitha Japhetz

Jennitha Japhetz currently serves as the Site Administration Lead at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited since July 2022, while also being the Owner and Managing Director of Island Elegance, a fashion and designing business based in Port Moresby, PNG, since May 2020. Island Elegance specializes in tailoring PNG outfits, particularly meri blouses, which celebrate and represent the identity of women in Papua New Guinea. Jennitha holds a degree from The University of the South Pacific.
