Kris Mastrangelo

Kris B. Harmony OTR/L, LNHA, MBA serves as the President and CEO of KrisBHarmony, LLC since August 2023, after a notable tenure as President and CEO of Harmony Healthcare International, Inc. (HHI) from January 2001 to June 2023, leading the firm in healthcare consulting. Experience also includes founding BraveLeaf LLC, a venture aimed at advancing care delivery in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and serving as an adjunct professor at Salem State University from September 2016 to December 2021. Prior to these roles, Kris B. Harmony held the position of Vice President of Operations at Sun Healthcare Corporation from 1994 to 2001, where management of a subsidiary consulting firm was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a BSOT in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University and an MBA from Salem State University, complemented by licensure as a Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator.
