Frederica Conrey

Frederica Conrey is an experienced professional with a strong background in data science and social psychology. Currently serving as the Director of Science at Harmony Labs since April 2020, Frederica has previously held significant roles including Co-Director at Story at Scale, where leadership was provided on a project aimed at advancing gender justice through collaborative research and narrative development. Frederica's expertise also includes serving as Principal Data Scientist at Catalist, Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Survey Methodologist at ICF Macro, with a focus on data analysis and survey design for various public health initiatives and federal clients. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Social Psychology from Northwestern University and a BA in Psychology from Rice University.
