Johnnie Thayer

Johnnie Thayer is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist currently employed at HarmonyCares since 2020. Previously, Johnnie held various leadership roles at ATD Detroit from 2015 until January 2024, including President and VP of Technology. Johnnie's background in training and development includes coordinating learning initiatives at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts and an internship in instructional design at Delphi. Johnnie's early career involved legal assistance and administrative roles in bankruptcy practices and clerical positions. Johnnie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development/Training and Development from Oakland University.
