Antonije Josifovic

Antonije Josifovic is an emerging professional in the fields of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an L&D Intern at NCR Atleos since May 2025. Previous experience includes a role as a Human Resources Consultant at Atria Group International, where Antonije facilitated corporate workshops, diagnosed skill gaps, and provided ongoing consulting to over 20 companies. As an Educational Consultant at Srednja Mašinska Škola, Antonije designed and facilitated workshops, counseled students, and developed training programs related to mental health. Experience as a Sales and Training Consultant at C'est moi art jewellery involved organizing sales workshops and managing key account relationships. Prior positions also include contributions at EVA Well - being in communications and business development. Antonije is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Belgrade, building on a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
