Maddison Croft

Maddison Croft is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and management across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at HarmonyCares since December 2022, Maddison previously held the position of Chief of Staff to the AIM and myNEXUS President at Elevance Health from June 2021 to January 2023. Earlier roles include Director of Strategic Operations, Manager of Strategic Operations, and Operations & Strategy Analyst at myNEXUS® from September 2018 to May 2022, as well as Workforce Management Analyst and participation in an Accelerated Development Program at Change Healthcare between June 2015 and August 2018. Maddison holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Data Analysis from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Belmont University.
