Molly Arcia

Molly Arcia, CPA has over two decades of work experience in various accounting and financial roles. Molly most recently held the position of Vice President, Controller at HarmonyCares starting in 2023. Before that, Molly worked as the Corporate Controller at Lean Solutions Group, where they were responsible for a team of 30 and oversaw the organizational accounting function, including external and internal financial reporting. Molly also implemented a 401k plan with employer matching contributions to attract and retain employees. Molly's previous experience includes roles such as Controller at Overseas Shipholding Group, Director of Financial Reporting at Jabil and Community Health Plan of Washington, and Director of Accounting Operations at WellCare. Molly has also worked as a Controller at Vigor Shipyards, Inc. and Windsor Health Group, Inc., where they managed various accounting processes, reviewed financial statements, and worked closely with auditors and regulatory agencies. Molly started their career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte and Carter-Haston. With their extensive experience and expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and team management, Molly is a highly capable CPA.

Molly Arcia, CPA, obtained a BBA in Accounting from Belmont University from 1996 to 2001. Molly is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Tennessee.
