Nina Lemons

Nina Lemons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and community engagement. Currently serving as Manager of Care Management Operations at HarmonyCares since January 2024, Nina previously held leadership roles at Landmark Health as Senior Manager of Outreach & Engagement and at MetroPlusHealth as Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnership & Brand Experience Operations, as well as Associate Director of the Community Engagement Unit. Prior experience includes positions at Westchester Medical Center and Lower Hudson Valley Perinatal Network focused on community outreach and patient engagement. Nina holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Morgan State University and a Master of Public Health from New York Medical College.
