Monte Falcoff

Monte Falcoff is a seasoned Patent and Trademark Lawyer and Principal at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, PLC, since November 1992, specializing in IP portfolio management, client counseling, and litigation across various intellectual property issues. Falcoff has extensive experience in preparing, prosecuting, and litigating patents and trademarks, managing them comprehensively throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, Falcoff served on the Alumni Advisory Board for Michigan State University College of Engineering from December 2015 to December 2021 and on the Advisory Board for Wayne State University College of Engineering's Anderson Entrepreneur Institute until June 2021.
