Marleina Paz

Marleina Paz's work experience begins in 2007, where they served as a Student Intern at AT&T. Marleina then went on to work as an Education Advocacy Program Extern at the Disability Rights Legal Center in 2011. In 2012, they served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright, II at the United States District Court, Central District of California. Marleina then worked as a Legal Intern at NetApp. In 2013, they became a Contracts Specialist at FireEye, Inc. through Paragon Legal. Starting in 2014, they joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, first as a Corporate Specialist/Attorney and later as a Corporate Associate until 2017. Following that, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Cooley LLP from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Allbirds as the Director of Corporate and Securities. Marleina also became a Charter Member at TechGC in the same year. Their most recent position is the Director of Corporate and Securities at Harness, starting in 2022.

Marleina Paz received their Bachelor of Arts degree from UC San Diego in 2010, where they pursued a double major in Economics and International Studies with a focus on Political Science. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they obtained their Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Corporate Law, graduating with honors. In December 2013, Marleina obtained the California Bar certification from the State Bar of California.
