Michael Cretzman

Michael Cretzman has a diverse work experience in technical writing and web development spanning over 20 years. Michael'smost recent role as a Sr. Documentation Manager at Harness involves managing the documentation team and writing documentation for the company's website. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Technical Writer at Kaazing Corporation where they wrote documentation for various editions of the Kaazing WebSocket Gateway. At Vanguard Software Corporation, they held the roles of Technical Writer, Web Developer/Administrator, and Marketing Manager, where they wrote manuals, redesigned websites, and created marketing materials. Michael also worked as a Technical Writer for Microsoft, Triant Technologies Inc, Cyberplex, NetEffect, Premenos Technology Corp, and EveryWare Development, where they wrote documentation, developed interfaces, and worked in web development and administration roles.

Michael Cretzman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in English Literature from the University of Waterloo, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained certifications as an AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon in May 2018, and also holds the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in the same month and year.
