Rajatha R

Rajatha R is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software systems and project leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Harness since February 2022, Rajatha previously held the role of Engineering Manager and Project Lead at Arcesium from July 2015 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, Rajatha worked at The D. E. Shaw Group from July 2010 to June 2015, progressing through various technical positions including Project Lead and Senior Member Technical. Rajatha earned a Master's Degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology.
