Scott Kempf began their work experience in 1981 at Moore Products Company as an Application Engineering Project Manager. Scott worked in this role until 1991. In the same year, they joined Harold Beck & Sons, Inc. as the Marketing & Application Engineering Manager. Soon after, they were promoted to Director of Marketing & Application Engineering and held this position until the present.
Scott Kempf attended Villanova University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they studied at Drexel University from 1976 to 1981, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
