Agathe Derome

Agathe Derome has extensive experience in leadership and management within the aviation and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Directrice Finances, Pilotage et Performance at HAROPA PORT since July 2019, Agathe previously held roles such as Directrice d'Aéroport at Aéroport Rouen Vallée de Seine, where responsibilities included commercial development and team management. Earlier positions include roles in project management and operational excellence at LAN Airlines and SKY Airline, along with engineering and operational support roles at Airbus, Vueling Airlines, and Air Méditerranée. Agathe holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile.
