Pierre Decoussy

Pierre Decousy currently holds the position of Responsable développement international at HAROPA PORT since March 2024. Previously, Decousy served as Head of Export Department for Digital Technologies & Innovative Services at Business France Germany from January 2014 to March 2024, focusing on supporting French businesses entering the German market. Earlier roles included heading the Industries & Cleantech Department in Vietnam, providing consultancy for French companies in various sectors, and serving as International Trade Advisor, promoting export growth and facilitating international investments for French enterprises. Decousy began the career at Business France as a Chargé de Mission, following experience in cultural project management at the Institut français and an internship at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague. Educational background includes multiple Master's degrees from Université Paris-Sorbonne and the University of Vienna in the fields of communication, international relations, and history.
