Said Ahmed

Said Ahmed is an experienced geoscientist with a strong background in production geology and consultancy. Currently serving as a Production Geology Consultant and Sr. Production Geologist at Harouge Oil Operations since February 2016, Said Ahmed manages various field operations, conducts reservoir studies, and leads teams of junior geoscience and reservoir personnel. Additionally, Said Ahmed has been a Senior Geoscience Consultant in a self-employed capacity since January 2015 and previously held positions including Business Unit Manager at Weatherford Oil Services and Senior Geologist at Wood Side Energy. With an educational foundation comprising an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience from Oxford Brookes University and another MSc in Petroleum Geosciences from Oxford University, Said Ahmed brings over three decades of industry experience, including significant roles at Veba Oil Operation Libya.
