Paul Elwell has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Paul served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Harper International Corporation, where they focused on designing and implementing thermal processing solutions for advanced materials production. Prior to that, they were the Principal at Elwell Global Concepts, LLC, providing strategic and tactical business management support to manufacturing companies. Paul also held multiple roles at Moog Inc., including Group Director and Value Stream Leader of the Medical Devices Group, General Manager of the Medical Devices Group, General Manager of the China Region, Sales Director of North America Industrial Products, Global Product Line Manager, and Business Development Manager. In these positions, they oversaw strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, sales, and international business development.
