Jennifer Adams has extensive experience in marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as CRM Manager at Harper James since May 2021, Jennifer has also held roles as Revenue Operations Specialist, CRM Executive, and CRM Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Jennifer completed an internship at MERITO Marketing, focusing on copywriting and marketing strategies, and volunteered in content creation for the Human Health Education and Research Foundation. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England.
