Kathleen Martin

Kathleen Martin is a partner at Harper Macleod. Kathleen previously worked as a private client solicitor at Morton Fraser from September 2010 to November 2016, where they focused on inheritance tax and succession planning, drafting wills and powers of attorney, administering testate and intestate executries, and trust matters. Prior to that, they were a trainee solicitor at MacRoberts from September 2008 to September 2010.

Kathleen Martin studied at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law, where they obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice. Kathleen then went on to study for their LLB (Hons) in Law at the University of Strathclyde.
