Kathleen Martin

Kathleen Martin has been working in the legal field since completing their LLB (Hons) in Law at the University of Strathclyde in 2007. Kathleen gained further experience as a Trainee Solicitor at MacRoberts before moving on to roles as a Private Client Solicitor at Morton Fraser and later at Harper Macleod LLP, where Kathleen currently holds the position of Partner. In their various roles, Kathleen has specialized in advising on Inheritance Tax, succession planning, trust matters, preparing legal documents such as Wills and Powers of Attorney, and administering estates.
