Monica Puentes has extensive experience in human resources within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Harrell Hospitality Group, LLC since February 2021, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior to this role, Monica worked for Wyndham Hotel Group, overseeing human resources as the Complex Human Resources Manager for Hotel Galvez & Spa, The Tremont House Hotel, and Harbor House from July 2010 to February 2021.
