Garrett Proper is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in various industries, including lumber, manufacturing, and nuclear enrichment. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Harrell's LLC since November 2019, Garrett previously held positions such as Shift Supervisor at Koch Ag & Energy Solutions and Dry End Superintendent at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where oversight of the Dry End Department at a state-of-the-art lumber mill occurred.
