Ellie Salmon

Ellie Salmon has a range of work experience in the human resources field. In 2006, they started their career as a Supervisor at New Look Retailers Cardiff Flag Ship store, where they worked until 2010. In 2012, they became an HR Officer at Heythrop Park Resort. From 2013 to 2016, Ellie worked as a Cluster Human Resources & Development Manager at Millennium Hotels and Resorts. In 2017, they joined Principal Hotel Company as an HR Director and later became the Director HR, a role they held until 2020. Currently, Ellie Salmon is employed at Harri as a Human Resources Project Lead.

Ellie Salmon has obtained an MSc in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University. Prior to that, they also completed a BSc in Business Management from the same institution. Before attending Cardiff University, Ellie completed their A Levels at Stanwell Sixth Form Comprehensive.
