Joe Miliziano

Joe Miliziano is the current COO at Harri and has over 17 years of experience in the industry. Joe started their career at ADP in March 2001 and quickly rose through the ranks to Sr DVP of Client Experience & Innovation. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the operational needs of ADP's largest division through the design, development, and execution of technology and process improvements.

Under Joe's leadership, the Data Analytics team designed and built a Data Lake and launched Tableau as a operations' tool across the division to provide fact-based decision making at all levels of the organization. This data is used to formulate the Division's Strategy as well as drive our Digital Transformation efforts, which in turn has driven a 15+% reduction in client contacts.

Joe's focus areas include: measuring and improving Client Experience, upgrading and streamlining our tools and technology, managing monthly Product releases, creation and maintenance of our knowledge database and collaboration toolset, as well as, the development and deployment of learning and communications for both clients and associates.

Joe also successfully completed the multi-year migration of the entire client base from older platforms to our new flagship software platform.

Joe Miliziano received a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
