Rachel Wilde

Rachel Wilde has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 as an Instructor/Account Manager at Arthur Murray. Rachel then co-founded and worked as CEO at Vermont DanceSport Academy from 2001 to 2002. Rachel was a Partner at OSI from 2005 to 2007, where they developed an online membership service. Rachel then worked as a Business Development Manager at Healthy Pet from 2003 to 2007. Rachel joined T-Mobile USA in 2007 as a Market Business Development Manager, managing client relationships and implementing growth strategies. In 2008, they became Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Next2Friends Ltd, leading retail marketing and sales strategy. Rachel also held various General Manager positions at Indian Road Cafe from 2008 to 2015, Russ & Daughters from 2015 to 2017, and Maison Kayser USA from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to the tech industry and became a Customer Success Manager at Harri, where they onboarded and managed enterprise clients. Rachel then moved up to the role of Senior Implementation Manager, leading a remote and distributed team and providing expertise on platform and onboarding processes. Currently, Rachel is the Head of Global Implementation Enablement at Harri, leading a global team and designing an end-to-end customer journey to enhance satisfaction and drive efficiencies.

Rachel Wilde attended the University of Minnesota from 1990 to 1996, where they completed their bachelor's degree in Political Science Program.
