Wendy Harkness, Esq., SPHR has an extensive work experience history spanning multiple industries. Wendy currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Harri since January 2022. Prior to that, from September 2019, they held the role of Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Restaurant Growth Services, LLC, where they led legal, risk, and human resources teams nationwide.

In 2017, Wendy founded and served as a Mediator at the Civil Resolution Center, where they facilitated conflict resolution discussions and provided mediation services.
