Justine Wotton started their work experience as a Human Resources Manager at Mvv Environment Devonport Limited in September 2011, where they worked until September 2017. Justine then joined Harrier, LLC in September 2017, initially serving as the Head of HR before becoming the HR Director in January 2018. Justine worked in that role until July 2021. In July 2021, Justine Wotton joined The Harrier Group as the Chief People Officer.
