Julie Ruble

Julie Ruble is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Harriet Tubman Village Charter School, where responsibilities include managing educators, designing professional development, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. Julie has previously held roles such as Content Design Manager at Aperture Education, where content for professional learning experiences was developed, and Continuous Improvement Coach at High Tech High Teacher Center, focusing on supporting new teachers. Additional experience includes instructional roles, curriculum development in various settings, and founding the food blog Willow Bird Baking, recognized for its impact and creativity. Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from High Tech High Graduate School of Education and a B.S. in Biology and English from Davidson College.
