Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Harris Central Appraisal District is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. This team, comprised of the Chief Appraiser, Associate Chief Appraiser of Appraisal Operations, CIO, and Chief Human Resources Officer, ensures the accurate appraisal of over 1.7 million property parcels annually, manages human resources, and leverages technology to streamline processes. Their collective efforts aim to maintain transparency, fairness, and excellence in property tax assessment and administration.
