Courtney Finn

Courtney Finn is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Harris Computer since June 2022, Courtney supports the Australian portfolio by collaborating with senior leadership to implement best practices and enhance team performance. Prior to this role, Courtney held various positions at BDO in Australia, contributing as a People and Culture Business Partner and Senior People and Culture Consultant from December 2016 to June 2022, as well as a Human Resources Advisor at Herron Todd White. Courtney's career at BDO began in June 2010, where responsibilities spanned from Human Resources Assistant to People and Culture Coordinator. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Training and Development Coordinator at the University of Aberdeen.
