Lora Hefton

Lora Hefton has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Their most recent position was as the Executive Vice President of Harris Data Integrity Solutions, where they oversaw all functional areas of the business, including sales, support, product development, and professional services. Prior to that, Lora worked at Just Associates, Inc., where they held various positions, including COO/Vice President of Operations, Director of Business Services & Human Resources, and Business Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing operational aspects of the company, managing personnel systems, handling budgeting and business planning, and providing support to the Owner and CEO. Earlier in their career, Lora worked at Microsoft as a Product Marketing Manager and was involved in market research, customer relationship management, and competitive analysis. Lora also worked at Informix Software as a US Sales Administrator and Office Manager, where they handled sales activities, generated sales reports, and managed office expansions and relocations. Overall, Lora has demonstrated expertise in operations management, business administration, and customer relationship management throughout their career.

Lora Hefton completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business at Western Governors University in 2015. Lora also holds additional certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching in 2019, CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in 2017, SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in July 2015, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2013.
