Our Mandate is to do so with honor and integrity while at all times conducting ourselves with the highest ethical standards to maintain public confidence.

The Law Enforcement Team at Harris County Constable Precinct One, Office of Alan Rosen, is responsible for enforcing laws, preserving public peace, and ensuring a safe environment for the community.
