Mike Fleming

Mike Fleming has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as Police Lieutenant at Spring Branch ISD Police since February 1993 and as a Commissioner for Harris County ESD 48 Fire Department since September 2017. Previously, Mike held the position of Police Officer at both the Village Police Department from December 1990 to February 1993 and the Houston Police Department from October 1983 to December 1990. Educational background includes attending Stratford High School from 1975 to 1979, as well as studies at Blinn College and Texas A&M University.
