Anthony Bacarisse

Anthony Bacarisse has extensive experience in financial management and support services, currently serving as the Director of the Support Services Division at Harris County Flood Control District since April 2007. Prior to this role, Anthony worked at the Harris County Auditor's Office from February 1989 to April 2007, specializing in financial accounting with a focus on grants.
