Jason Wilkinson

Jason Wilkinson is an experienced professional in construction management and inspection, currently serving as the Developer Coordination and Inspection Department Manager at Harris County Flood Control District since March 2017. In this role, Jason manages a department focused on coordinating with external agencies for construction activities within the district’s right-of-way and oversees the demolition of district properties. Prior positions include Encroachment Program Manager, where Jason developed and implemented strategies for encroachment removal, and Special Projects Coordinator, overseeing a team of inspectors. Jason's earlier career involved roles at Park Rock Construction LLC and TH Hill Associates, where Jason ensured compliance with quality standards in the oil and gas industry. Jason's military service as a Multimedia Illustrator with the US Army and graphic design internship at the University of Houston contributed to a robust skill set. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a Project Management focus from DeVry University, among other certifications in non-destructive testing and home inspection.
