Phillip Ochoa

Phillip Ochoa has a range of experience in finance and treasury roles. Phillip worked as a Financial Management Consultant at the Harris County - Houston Sports Authority from 2015 to 2018, where they handled treasurer functions and assisted the CFO with annual audit preparation. Prior to that, they were a Financial Reporting & Treasury Consultant at a non-profit organization from 2014 to 2018, setting up their financial management system and preparing financial statements. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Financial Manager & Contracts at Enterprise Products, managing oil and gas assets and handling contract management and negotiations. Finally, from 2002 to 2010, they served as an Assistant Treasurer at Weatherford, where they managed debt issuance and portfolio management.

Phillip Ochoa attended the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1986 to 1988. During this time, they pursued a degree in BS Finance with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
