Emily Myers

Emily Myers serves as the PMO Manager for the American Rescue Plan at the Harris County Office of County Administration since December 2022, previously holding the position of Performance and Data Analyst. In this role, Emily manages extensive historical performance data, developing tools and training materials to enhance data capture processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial and Data Analyst for the Harris County Office of Management and Budget, where budget liaison responsibilities spanned multiple departments, and as a Data Analyst and Business Analyst at Harris County Universal Services, focusing on data reporting and workflow analysis. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems with a minor in Marketing from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
