Adhara Castelblanco

Adhara Castelblanco has a diverse work experience in the engineering sector. Adhara currently holds the position of AET Program Manager at Harris County Toll Road Authority since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Walter P Moore as a Senior Project Engineer from March 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Walter P Moore, Adhara worked at RPS as a Senior Project Engineer from October 2013 to March 2019. During their tenure at RPS, they were involved in high-profile TXDOT projects, primarily focusing on Roadway Schematic Design and PS&E projects. Adhara also obtained TXDOT certifications.

Adhara began their career at Jacobs Engineering in June 2006, where they worked as an Engineer.
