Sasha Fraser

Sasha Fraser has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an ITE Professional Tutor and English Consultant at Harris Federation since August 2016. Prior experience includes roles at City of London Academy, where Sasha held the position of Director of Teaching and Learning, managing the Teaching and Learning Team and leading the Learning Intervention Department. As a Lead Practitioner in English, Sasha focused on innovative pedagogy and meeting Ofsted standards, while also supporting professional development among staff. Earlier positions included Head of Learning and Head of Transition, alongside teaching responsibilities. Sasha's career began as Assistant Head of English at Deptford Green School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership from UCL and a PGCE in English from UCL, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Hammersmith and West London College.
