Dolanchampa Bhattacharjee

Dolanchampa Bhattacharjee is an experienced professional in packaging development, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Packaging Development at Harris Freeman & Co since November 2023. Previously, Dolanchampa was the Head of Packaging Development at Ganesh Grains Limited from November 2018 to October 2023, overseeing end-to-end packaging projects. Earlier roles include packaging development at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where responsibilities included managing new launches and lifecycle management for the NAG region, as well as projects related to continuous improvement. Prior experience also encompasses senior management positions at Tech Mahindra and Emami Limited. Dolanchampa holds a B.Pharmacy degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from Jadavpur University and additional qualifications from the Indian Institute of Packaging and the Indian Institute of Material Management.
