Cathy Tylutki PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP

Cathy Tylutki, PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Harris & Harris since 2018, overseeing human resource functions across a multi-state organization and successfully managing policies related to various areas including recruitment and employee relations amidst pandemic challenges. Prior to this role, Cathy led the Human Resources and Training teams at Agero, Inc. from 2006 to 2017, focusing on employee support and development in a high-volume customer care environment. Cathy's extensive experience in talent acquisition began in 1997 at STARTEK, where strategic oversight efforts encompassed a wide range of HR functions across multiple locations and teams. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Journalism and English from Creighton University.
