Dana Herz, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Dana began their career as an Assistant Database Programmer/Analyst at the Illinois Institute of Technology from September 1998 to July 2002. Dana then joined Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP in March 2005 as an IT Tech/Accounting Clerk, where they provided tier 1 tech support for a large office and managed user accounts and phone systems. Dana later moved on to Harris & Harris, Ltd. in April 2011, where they started as a Senior Operations Specialist. In this role, they managed a team responsible for transferring and processing client data, prioritized automation of manual processes, and increased the efficiency of both automated and manual procedures. Dana then transitioned into the position of Business Analyst in July 2013 and was promoted to Senior Business Analyst in January 2015. Dana has consistently shown their expertise in data management and analysis throughout their career.

Dana Herz, MBA, has a strong educational background in business management and computer information systems. Dana completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1996 and 2003. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2010 and 2012.
