Greg Motter

Greg Motter is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in managing and developing collection applications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Harris & Harris since June 2022, Greg focuses on designing, programming, and testing a third-party CUBS application using a JBase database. Previously, as the Director of IT at iQor from July 1995 to February 2022, Greg led a team responsible for transitioning from legacy systems to new collection solutions and played critical roles in various capacities, including Lead Programmer Analyst and Application Development Manager. Greg boasts a rich background in programming, project management, and team leadership across multiple platforms, consistently delivering software solutions from initial design to deployment. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
